Beginning of the cancellation policy for the consumer

Right of revocation: You can revoke your contractual declaration within one month in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without giving reasons or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with § 312c Para. 2 BGB in connection with § 1 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. The revocation must be sent to:

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and, if necessary, any uses made by us must be surrendered. In the event of a cancellation, we will bear the shipping costs for the outward and return shipment. Items that can be sent by parcel are to be returned at our risk and expense or will be picked up from you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be collected from you at our risk and expense. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with their receipt.
